Georgia & The Jetties featuring BAUGhaus

This week I'd like to showcase a styled shoot dreamt up by Jenna Rae Baugus, the boss babe behind BAUGhaus. BAUGhaus is a laid-back, organic, and intentional floral and design studio specializing in garden style florals. Jenna is a Fort Lauderdale native who spent the past several years working and being mentored by one of the top event panners in South Florida. She recently relocated to the small town of Eustis, Florida to begin the venture of BAUGhaus. Although home base is located in Eustis, Jenna still travels all over the state of Florida for events and weddings.

Now that we've got introductions out of the way, lets talk inspiration for this shoot. Inspired by the sea with calm blues and light greys. I'd like to call it the "Something Blue Styled Shoot". Jenna sent me her vision board and I immediately fell in love. Big shout out to Georgia (our model and another Fort Lauderdale local) for waking up before the sunrise to be drenched in sweat by 8:00 AM.

If you are a Fort Lauderdale native, please give Jenna a big toot of her horn for dragging a wagon down the long and treacherous path that leads you to this location known as "The Jetties". Not only did she carry all of the props and table down the mile long hike, she set up this magical, coastal, inspired rendezvous while I watched her vision come to life.

Although The Jetties was quite literally a pain in the ass, you cannot beat the views during sunrise. It's almost as if you can sit on top of the rocks and look out to the edge of the world with the vast ocean and calming waves.

Big thanks to Jenna from BAUGhaus for including me in your beautiful vision. Follow her on instagram @baughausshop
